act3 were invited to carry out CDMC services for the LeO, a newly created Government body which is intended to replace the Legal Complaints Service, for their cat B fit-out of 36,000 sq ft on the 5th & 6th floors of this recently refurbished prestigious city centre office building, for their 380 staff and legal advisors.

Key issues were the transportation of materials from the basement- only access, the bringing in and integration of new data cabling throughout, the creation of new glazed meeting rooms around a central fully glazed atrium, and the integration of services for new deli kitchen areas.
