The fit-out included Cat A alterations to L32 together with a full Cat B, and with complete Cat A & B installations to L31.
The Landlords, Landsecurities, operated a stringent series of Health & Safety and security logistics procedures for entry and exit of the building, while CDM issues for the specific site areas were established as the responsibility of the Principle (Fit-Out) Contractor, Claremont.
L32 was designed as the ‘working floor’, while L31 was retained as the Meeting Room Suite and Client Reception area, together with dining / breakout area.
Fire precautions and Means of Escape were considered to be the main issues on this project due to the entirely internal nature of the works.
